#65 Women's Tennis Clips Harvard, 4-3

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – The all-important doubles point proved to be the difference as the #65 Brown women's tennis team scored a 4-3 victory over Harvard on Sunday at the Brown Varsity Tennis Courts.
Brown's No. 1 and No. 3 doubles pairs got the job done to secure the doubles point on Sunday, as Alyza Benotto/Dayna Lord and Nikita Uberoi/Ammu Mandalap outlasted their Harvard counterparts.
In singles play, the Bears got strong performances out of their top-three slots. Lord cruised past Monica Lin, 6-3, 6-4, while Benotto needed three sets to get past Annika Ringblom, 2-6, 6-3, 6-4. Junior Hannah Camhi posted another big win for the Bears with a 6-1, 6-4 triumph over June Lee.
With the win, Brown enters next week's match with Yale tied for fourth with the Bulldogs at 3-3 in league play. The Bears will host next Saturday's regular season finale beginning at 12 p.m.
