
Brown 10th at Princeton Invitational

Princeton, NJ – The Brown women's golf team used a strong final round to place 10th at the Princeton Invitational played at the Springdale Golf Club. Brown shot 334-319—653 in the 36-hole tournament with Harvard taking the team title with a two-round 616.
Freshman Sasha Banks continues her impressive play in the fall, leading the Bears with a 36-hole 161, shooting 86-75 to place 23rd individually. Bears' freshman Elizabeth Doykan and sophomore Christine Kim each shot 165, with Doykan shooting 82-83, and Kim, the defending Ivy League individual champion, coming in at 84-41.
Senior Lauren Flynn was close behind after shooting 82-84—166, while junior Rosanna Lederhausen shot 97-80—167.
Coach Danielle Griffiths squad will wrap-up its fall season at the Rutgers Invitational, October 16-17 at the Rutgers Golf Club.
