Bears Place 8th At Yale Fall Invitational

New Haven, Conn. – Freshman Christine Kim shot a 54-hole 227 to help the Brown women's golf team to an eighth place finish at the 17 team Yale Fall Invitational, held at the Yale Golf Club. Brown shot 305-312-310—927, while Yale won the team title with a three-round 887 at its home course.
Chim finished 19th individually on rounds of 76-74-77—227 to pace the Bears. Sophomore Rosanna Lederhausen 231 and placed 30th individually after shooting 75-81-75.
Bears' freshman Sienna Chapman shot 77-78-80—235, while senior Cassandra Carothers also shot 235 on rounds of 77-79-79. Junior Lauren Flynn also scored for the Bears, shooting 78-85-79—242.
Coach Danielle Griffiths' team will close out its fall season at the Princeton Invitational, October 18-19 at the Springdale CC.
