BROWN WOMEN'S GOLF - HOME COURSES

The Brown University women's golf team has several "home" courses throughout the state of Rhode Island, practicing at some of the Ocean State's finest courses on a rotating basis.
The Bears have been at the Rhode Island Country Club in Barrington, RI, host of four USGA championships and home of the CVS Charity Classic, for the past several years. Coach Danielle Griffith's team now has options to practice at Wannamoisett Country Club, home of the Northeast Amateur, Alpine Country Club, Metacomet Country Club, Pawtucket Country Club Triggs Memorial GC and the Buttonhole Short Course. Four of the seven courses - Rhode Island CC, Metacomet CC, Wannamoisett CC and Triggs Memorial GC - were designed by famed golf course architect Donals Ross.
