Bears Finish 14th At Lady Pirate Invitational

Bedminister, N.J. - Brown returned to the northeast and placed 14th at the 2014 Seton Hall Pirate Invitational with a 36-hole 693 at the Trump National Golf Club. The Bears were paced by junior Cassandra Carothers with a two-round 166.
Columbia captured the team title with scores of 322-309--361.
Carrothers turned in Brown's top score on rounds of 82-84--166 to place 35th individually. Junior Stephanie Hsieh came in at 94-78--172 for a 53rd place finish as an individual.
Freshman Rosanna Lederhausen shot 88-89--177, while sophomore Lauren Flynn posted scores of 88-94--182. Sophomore Juliette Garay finished with 91-93--184 for the Bears.
Brown's home course, the Donald Ross designed Rhode Island Country Club, is the site of the Brown Invitational next Sunday and Monday, April 13-14.
