
Bears Place 15th At Princeton Invitational

Princeton, N.J. – Brown's men's golf team placed 15th at the Princeton Invitational, played at the par 71, 6390-yard Springdale Country Club. The Bears shot 307-296-303—906 in the 54-hole event that was won by Harvard with a three-round 832.
Senior Nelson Hargrove paced the Bears and placed 30th individually with a 54-hole 230, shooting 73-72-75. Junior Justin Miller also stood out for the Bears after shooting 73-75-79—227 to place 55th individually.
Senior Peter Callas improved with each round, shooting 78-76-74 to finish at 228, while freshman Chad Carlson shot 83-73076—232. Freshman Connor Lynch came in at 241 on rounds of 84-79-78.
Brown will compete in the Yale Spring opener, April 19-20, at the Yale Golf Course in its final tune-up before the Ivy League Championship, played at the Baltusrol Golf Club.
