PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Field hockey tri-captain Meghan O'Donnell earned NFHCA Second Team recognition for the Northeast Region in an announcement made by the National Field Hockey Coaches Association.
One of the program's most decorated scorers, the Winchester, Massachusetts native ended her career as Brown's all-time goals (37) and points leader (90). The Business, Entrepreneurship, and Organizations concentrator broke the all-time goals record on Oct. 22 at Holy Cross, tallying her 37th career goal and the all-time points record with her 88th career point on an assist against Saint Joseph's on Nov. 2.

With O'Donnell's recognition, the Bears earn their first All-Region selection since Katie Hyland '11 garnered the accolades for the 2010 season.
