TJ Popolizio Earns ECAC Offensive Player of the Week Honors

Providence, RI- Senior forward TJ Popolizio (Rexford, NY) scored two goals in a 1-0-1 week for the Bears, which included a 0-0 tie against No. 9 St. John's, to earn Ivy League Player of the Week honors and also ECAC Offensive Player of the Week honors.

Against Princeton University on Saturday evening, Popolizio scored in the 81^st minute to tie the game at 2-2. Then, just 1:23 into overtime, Popolizio connected on teammate Taylor Gorman's free kick to score the game-winning goal in a dramatic come from behind victory.
