Brown Women's Golf - Home Courses

The Brown University women's golf team has several "home" courses throughout the state of Rhode Island, practicing at some of the Ocean State's finest courses on a rotating basis.

The Bears have been at the Rhode Island Country Club in Barrington, RI, host of four USGA championships and is the home of the CVS Charity Classic, for the past several years. Coach Danielle Griffith's team now has options to practice at Wannamoisett Country Club, home of the Northeast Amateur, Alpine Country Club, Metacomet Country Club (Donald Ross designed) and Pawtucket Country Club. Three of the five courses - Rhode Island CC, Metacomet CC and Wannamoisett CC - were designed by famed golf course architect Donals Ross.
