
Men's Soccer Announces Addition of Two Transfers

Friends of Brown Men's Soccer Head Coaching Chair Chase Wileman has announced the addition of two transfer student-athletes that will join the program in the fall.
The additions include Mathias Hille and Nicholas Sanchez.
“We want to welcome Mathias and Nicholas to College Hill. They have both played a lot of games at the Division I level, and with their experience and quality they will help reinforce our back line. After an excellent spring we are all excited to start the preseason in August," said Wileman.

Mathias Hille
Frankfurt, Germany | Albert Einstein Schule | Northeastern University

- Played for SV Wehen Wiesbaden and FC Eddersheim.
- Named 2023 Player of the Year for FC Eddersheim, leading the team in playing time.
- Selected to represent Hessenauswahl in 2019, and was a part of the squad for the German National Team Scouting Tournament.
- Advanced to the pre-season for the adult professional team of SV Wehen Wiesbaden in 2022, and scored an assist in their pre-season match against first-ranked Bundesliga.
- Was a member of the Eintracht Frankfurt Adult Squad.

Nicholas Sanchez

- Played for the New York Redbulls Academy and Players Development Academy.
- Previously named All-MAAC Third Team.
- Previously named to the Academic All-District Team.

Why Brown?: “I chose Brown because I can study the realm of economics freely, while playing soccer at a high level that can help me make it to the professional level.”
