Men's Soccer Heads to URI for Final Non-League Match

PROVIDENCE, R.I. - The Brown men's soccer team is on the road for a Rhode Island battle at URI on Tuesday at 7 p.m. for its final regular season non-league match.
The Bears are coming off a scoreless draw against Penn to move their record to 4-4-4 and 1-0-3 in the Ivy League. Rhode Island is 4-6-3 and 1-4-1 in the Atlantic 10 and is coming off a 3-1 loss against VCU.

Scouting the Bears
- Senior goalkeeper Hudson Blatteis stopped a penalty kick in the 58th minute to help the Bears earn an Ivy League point and stay in the top four of the Ivy League standings with three conference games left to play.
- Brown has not lost in its last seven matches and have only allowed five goals in the span.
- Senior Kojo Dadzie leads the team with six goals and 12 points, while freshman Carlo Brown has two goals and three assists and senior Charlie Adams has three goals.
- In five appearances and four stars, Blatteis has 11 saves, a .845 save percentage and a 0.42 goals against average.
- After not losing its first four matches, URI is 3-6-1 in its last 10 games.
- The Rams are 4-2-1 at home and captured a ranked win over No. 25 Fordham on Oct. 7.
- Junior Brandan Bermingham leads the team with five goals, while junior Isak Oystese and sophomore Michael Hoffstetter each have two goals and two assists.
- In goal, junior Edu Rodriguez has a 2.01 goals against average and .604 save percentage.
