Water Polo Trounces Connecticut College 14-4

New London, CT - The women's water polo team dominated this evening's match-up with Connecticut College, winning 14-4. Sophomore Alexis Blaxberg led the way netting four goals and also drew three ejections in the win.
The Bears also got help from junior Elizabeth Balassone who tallied three goals and drew two ejections of her own. Freshmen Kristin Cuthbertson and Emily Schwartz each recorded a goal while juniors Caitlin Fahey and Paige Lansing and freshman Alexandra Ferguson rounded out the scoring each posting a goal. Sophomore Ally Wyatt did her part assisting on two of the Brown goals.
On defense sophomore Anne Deggelman recorded seven blocks in net, while Lansing tallied three steals.
Brown will return to action Saturday, April 22 when they travel to Harvard to take part in the Northern Championships.
