Bears Fall to Undefeated #34 Virginia Commonwealth, 6-1

RICHMOND, VA - #34 Virginia Commonwealth picked up the doubles point and earned five of six singles wins to post a 6-1 victory over the Brown women's tennis team (3-4) on Tuesday, at the Thalhimer Tennis Center. It was the Rams' 12th straight win as they remain undefeated this season.

Brown's lone win came at #5 singles, where freshman Brett Finkelstein (North Caldwell, NJ) picked up a 4-6, 7-6 (5), 10-6 win.

The Bears continue action this Saturday when they host #24 South Carolina at 12:00 noon at the Pizzitola Center.
