Women's Tennis Ousted by Princeton, 6-1

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – After a convincing victory over Penn on Friday, the Brown women's tennis team split its Ivy League home set after a 6-1 loss to Princeton on Saturday at the Pizzitola Sports Center.  The Bears drop to 12-6 overall and 1-1 in league play this season.

The Tigers claimed the doubles point and 5-of-6 singles matches on the day, as the Bears' top trio of Dayna Lord, Hannah Camhi, and Nikita Uberoi could not break through on Saturday.  Sarah Kandath scored the lone Brown victory of the day, outlasting Emily Hahn, 6-2, 6-3.

Brown will hit the road for its next three matches, including back-to-back contests at Columbia and Cornell next weekend.
