Seven Women's Swimmers Earn All-Ivy Honors

Seven members of the Brown swimming and diving team earned All-Ivy honors for their performances last weekend at the Ivy League Championship, held at Princeton's DeNunzio Pool. Brown came away with a third place finish, behind Princeton and Harvard.
Junior Liz Daniels (Pittsburgh, PA), who has been both a first and second team All-Ivy selection since her freshman year, led the way with three individual and two relay titles. She claimed gold in the 50 free, the 100 back, and the 100 free, while also earning First Team honors as part of both the 400 and 200 free relay teams.
Also earning First Team All-Ivy recognition were junior Emily McCoy (Anchorage, AK) as part of both the 400 and 200 free relay teams, junior Lindsay Hoban (Duxbury, MA) as part of the 400 free relay team, and freshman Michelle Oeser (Eliot, ME) as a member of the 400 free relay, the 200 free relay, and the 400 medley relay. In addition, senior Inbal Hasbani (Wilmette, IL), as a member of both the 200 free and 400 medley relay teams, sophomore Jessica Brown (Royalston, MA), as a member of the 400 medley relay team, and senior Laura Mosca (Charlottesville, VA), as a member of the 400 medley relay team were also named First Team All-Ivy.
Jessica Brown was also a Second Team All-Ivy selection, placing second in the 100 back, and second as part of the 200 medley relay team. Mosca, Hasbani, and Daniels were also Second Team selections for the 200 medley relay, while McCoy, Oeser, Hoban, and Daniels earned Second Team recognition for the 800 free relay.
