Women's Squash Team Holds End of Year Banquet

Providence, Rhode Island - The Women's Squash Team held its end of season banquet this April at the Waterman Grill and celebrated another year of team squash at Brown University and their 8th place in the National rankings.
Coach Stuart leGassick's team recognized senior Co-Captain Megan Cerullo who won the CSA Scholar Athlete Award given by the College Squash Association. Megan was also awarded the Melucci Morphy Award as the most valuable player on the Brown team. Sophomore Sarah Roberts won the Most Improved Player Award and senior Co-Captain Minoo Fadaifard won the Kate Brodsky Award.
The team enjoyed a wonderful meal while reminiscing about the squash season that had just passed and also reveled in the tremendous team spirit that the squad enjoyed throughout the year and the numerous close matches that they had competed in.
