Softball Announces Kerri Jacklets as Assistant Coach

Her main focus on the field will lie with the outfielders, while off the field, she will be heavily involved with recruiting.

Kerri brings a decorated college softball career, coupled with a high enthusiasm level to the Brown softball coaching staff. A Sayville, New York native, Kerri is a 2001 graduate of Providence College, where she earned four varsity letters in softball as a catcher for the Friars, captaining the team in her senior year.

A highly accomplished player, Kerri earned Big East Conference Academic All-American honors three straight years, and was named Big East Player of the Week, twice. Kerri was a 2001 NCAA First Team All Northeast Region Player and also earned Providence Athlete of the Week twice. Kerri was a member of the Dean's List and Education Honor Society.

Kerri has also involved herself in numerous community activities, including organizing various projects and food drives for several charities and service centers in the Rhode Island area. Kerri resides in Providence.
