Bre Hudgins (Syracuse, N.Y.) added a hat trick and two assists while Danielle Mastro (Endicott, N.Y.) added a career high five assists and six points.  Brown also got a pair of goals each from Kerianne Hunt (Alamo, Calif.) and Grace Healy (Bellport, N.Y.) while Kellie Roddy (Poway, Calif.) played strong in goal to improve to 8-2 this season.

Brown knotted the game at four as freshman Riley Christopher (Bethesda, Md.) recorded her second assist of the season on a tumbling feed to Hudgins halfway through the opening frame.  Gion would not be denied a career game, as she was able to corral a sizzling feed from Hudgins to give Brown its largest lead of the half at 9-5 before notching her fifth tally of the game with six seconds left in the half.

After a scoreless opening 10 minutes and strong ball possession from the Bears, Hudgins struck with her 30th marker of the season into an empty net after catching Brianna Watt overplaying the pass with 18:24 to play in regulation.  Grace Healy extended the Brown lead to 12-6 as she deposited her second goal of the game on Danielle Mastro's fourth assist at 16:51.

Kerianne Hunt netted her second goal of the day on a pass from Hudgins at the top of the crease to put the Bears up 13-6.  Bryant found trouble solving Roddy in the second half, as the junior stymied the Bulldogs offense with three saves while only surrendering one goal in the final 36 minutes of action.

Mollie Lane (Arlington, Va.) netted her first collegiate goal with just under a second to play to make it an eight-goal margin for the Bears in their fifth consecutive Ocean State Cup victory.
