Five Women's Laxers Named to 2009 IWLCA National Academic Honor Roll

PROVIDENCE, RI - Five members of the Brown women's lacrosse team are among 189 Division I student-athletes from across the country recognized on the 2009 IWLCA National Academic Honor Roll. To be eligible, student-athletes must be a member of the varsity lacrosse team, must have achieved junior or senior standing academically, and must have achieved a GPA of 3.20 or higher. Individually, Brown led the league with five recipients, while Dartmouth, Penn, and Yale each had three.

Individuals on the Brown team honored include member of the Class of 2009, Callie Lawrence (Denver, CO) and Kelly Robinson (Marlton, NJ), who were both also recognized in 2008, Noelle DiGioia (Pittsburgh, PA), and Lauren Vitkus (Skaneateles, NY), and current senior Kiki Manners (North Potomac, MD).
