Winter Academic All-Ivy Honorees Announced

Providence, RI - The Ivy League released its winter list of Academic All-Ivy honorees, with ten Brown student-athletes being recognized. The five males and five females were starters or key reserves on their respective varsity teams and carry a 3.0 or better cumulative grade point average.

Erin Andrews

Co-winner of the Georges L. Cointe Award for sportsmanship and skill at IFAs; Concentration: Biology

Amy Latinen.........Sr......Swimming & Diving
Scored a 222.15 on the 3-meter to earn 19th place at NCAA Zones; Concentration: Neuroscience

Kelly O'Hear.............Sr......Skiing
Won five consecutive races before placing 13th at Nationals in Giant Slolam; Concentrations: Human Biology

Rylee Olewinski...............Jr......Women's Ice Hockey
Played in all 29 games, scoring eight goals and six assists for 14 points; Concentration: Biology

Men
Shawn Kitchner

Finished fourth at EIWAs and qualified for the NCAA tournament at 165 pounds;Concentration: Engineering

Mark McAndrew...............Jr......Men's Basketball
