This marks the third straight week that a Brown player has earned a weekly honor from the League.
Behind a 21-save performance against Harvard on Saturday February 23 at Meehan Auditorium, Germain helped the Brown women's ice hockey team improve to 18-7-2 overall ,10-3-1 in the ECAC North, and 5-2-1 in the Ivy League. Germain has been solid all season long. She maintains a .915 save percentage and a 1.77 goals against average, ranking her in the top twenty in the nation in both categories. In the ECAC, her numbers are even stronger, as she ranks 1st in the League in winning percentage, posting a 7-1-0 record in League games, and also ranks 1st in save percentage (.937). Her goals against average stands at 1.25, which is good for 2nd in the League.
Brown (18-7-2, 10-3-1) returns to action on Friday March 1 at Meehan Auditorium, to take on ECAC and Ivy foe, Princeton. Brown defeated the Tigers 3-2 in Princeton, NJ earlier this season.
