Women's Ice Hockey's, Zamora Earns ECAC Player of the Week

Zamora was key in Brown's four point weekend, with wins over Vermont and Dartmouth this past weekend. Against Dartmouth on February 9, Zamora scored two goals and added one assist. She scored the first goal of the game, and then assisted on the gamewinning goal scored by freshman Kerry Nugent. Zamora scored Brown's 5th and final goal of the game on an empty netter with under 30 seconds remaining in the game.

Against Vermont on February 8, Zamora tallied the gamewining goal in Brown's 3-0 shutout of the Catamounts. Zamora has registered 22 goals, 12 assists for 34 points, and has tallied 4 gamewinning goals on the season. She is two points shy of a career 100 point total.

Brown (15-6-2, 9-3-1) is currently riding a 10-game unbeaten streak. The Bears return to action on Wednesday February 13, where Brown will host Providence College at 7:00pm at Meehan Auditorium.
