Brown Finishes Seventh At Ivy Women’s Golf Championship

Springfield, NJ -  Brown completed its season at the Ivy League Women's Golf Championship on Sunday, placing seventh with a 54-hole 1,009 on rounds of 343-330-336 at the par 72 Baltusrol Golf Club. Junior Cassandra Carothers paced the Bears with a three-round 250.
 

Harvard captured the team championship after shooting 297-297-306—900 on the upper course at Baltusrol.

 

Carothers placed 29th individually after shooting rounds of 83-84-83 at the world-renown golf course.  Sophomore Juliette Garay was close behind on rounds of 85-79-87—241.

 

Freshman Rosanna Lederhausen carded Brown's lowest round of the final round with 81, and finished with a 54-hole 254.  Junior Stephanie Hsieh shot 85 in the last round to complete the tournament at 255.  Sophomore Lauren Flynn shot 91 on Sunday for the Bears.
