Women’s Golf Fifth Following Day Two of Ivy League Championship

Galloway, NJ – After two rounds of the Ivy League Women's Golf Championship, played at the Seaview Golf Resort Bay Course, the Brown women's golf team is fifth overall.  The third and final round will be played on Sunday, April 29.

 

Harvard holds the lead with a 36-hole 640, with Penn (643) and Yale (644) close behind. Columbia is next at 649 with the Bears at 672, Princeton at 690 and Dartmouth at 693.

 

Freshman Stephanie Hsieh continued he outstanding play for the Bears and is fifth individually after 36-holes, shooting 82-75—157.

 

Senior Carly Arison improved in the second round, shooting 83-82—165. Freshman Michelle also improved from he first round, shooting 89-84—173.

 

Team improvement continued with senior captain Megan Tuohy shooting 91-86—177, and senior Heather Arison coming in at 94-89—183.
