Bears Fourth After Day One of Dartmouth Invitational

Hanover, New Hampshire -  After the first day of play at the Dartmouth Fall Invitational, the Brown women's golf team stands in fourth place with a first round 327 in the 22-team Dartmouth Invitational, held at the par-72 Hanover Country Club.


The Bears are tied for fourth place with host Dartmouth, trailing first place Boston College (306), Towson (315), and Siena (323).


Junior Megan Tuohy paced the Bears with a five over par 77 on nines of 39-38, to stand in seventh place individually in the 116 player field.  Junior Carly Arison was solid shooting 81 for the Bears.


Junior Heather Arison shot 84, senior Sarah Guarascio came in at 85,and senior Susan Restrepo finished at 86.


The tournament will conclude with 18 holes on Sunday.
