The half ended with Brown leading, 2-0.
The second half was started off with a third Brown goal, when Gardner went one-on-one with the goalie and found the back of the net with a reverse sweep at 32:31. Fifteen minutes later and fresh into the game, the Bears' Laurel Pierpoint (Jacksonville, FL) notched the fourth goal for her team on a pass made by Gardner. The Knights scored their lone goal at 10:38, when Adrienne Booth (Atco, NJ) crossed a ball that Jennifer Noon (Shaverton, PA) hit into the back of the net.
