STORRS, CT - The University of Connecticut Huskies scored two unanswered goals in the second half to defeat Brown (2-3), 3-1, in a non-league field hockey contest Wednesday afternoon at the University of Connecticut.

The Bears got on the board first when junior Molly Carleton (Shaker Heights, OH) scored her second goal in as many games with 22:33 remaining in the first half. Senior Cory Pelletier (Walpole, MA) earned an assist on the goal.

However, it was all UConn from there, as the Huskies tied the contest with 12:54 remaining on a penalty stroke.
