Frease Takes Second at Las Vegas Invitational

Brown senior Clint Frease (Clearwater, FL) placed second at the Las Vegas Invitational in 141. Frease defeated second and sixth ranked grapplers in the nation on his way to his second place finish.

As a team the Bears finished in the middle of the pack. Brown came in 23rd place out of the 46 teams that competed in the Invitational.

Brown will take a long break and not return to action until after the holidays when they will compete in the Lone Star Duals Saturday January 4, 2003. The Bears will face Northern Iowa, Eastern Michigan, Wyoming, and California Fullerton in the meet.
