PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Rising juniors Ophir Bernstein (Allen, Texas) and Zachary Tanenbaum (Leawood, Kan.) of the Brown wrestling team have both been named to the U.S.A. Wrestling Team that will compete at the 19th World Maccabiah Games from July 17-30 in Israel.

Ivy League Announces Winter Academic All-Ivy

The Ivy League announced its list of winter Academic All-Ivy honorees, with 10 Brown student-athletes recognized for their excellence on and off the field. The student-athletes were starters or key reserves on their varsity sports teams, and carry a 3.0 or better cumulative grade point average.

Brown IRA Championship Day Three
The Brown men's crew climbed back from an early deficit to claim third in the varsity eight grand final, and the second varsity and freshman eight finished second overall, as a total of four boats earned medals on the final day of the three-day 2013 IRA National Championship Sunday on Lake Natoma.
Brown Athletics Participates in Providence's Reading Week
Monday, April 8th marked the start of Reading Week in the Providence Public School system, and for the first time Brown University's Athletic Department participated in the local community's effort to join the nationwide initiative that seeks to get children more interested in reading.
