2011-12: Started for much of his freshman year at 141 lbs, competing in 23 matches for the Bears...Picked up seven victories, including dual meet wins over Air Force, Rhode Island College and Roger Williams...Represented the Bears at the EIWA championship, earning an impressive seventh place finish.

Before Brown: A three-time state champion and 2011 Kansas 6A Wrestler of the Year...Won four region titles, in addition to four district titles as well as a championship at the Brute Adidas Nationals...Carried a perfect 40-0 record his senior year for Overland Park...Awarded the prestigious NAIA Champion of Character award.
