2012-13: Competed in 14 matches at 174 lbs., picking up dual meet victories in the Bears’ team wins against Rhode Island College, Sacred Heart, and Boston University…Recorded a win in the Bears’ match against #23 Maryland…Represented Brown at the EIWA Championships.
2011-12: Competed in 17 matches for the Bears, wrestling in three different weight classes over the course of the season...Picked up six victories, including dual meet victories over Sacred Heart and Rhode Island College...Earned a sixth place finish at the Keystone Classic.
Before Brown: An NHSCA Senior Nationals All-American and two-time state champion at Bishop Manogue High School...Four-time state place-winner, amassing 193 career wins, while placing four times at the state tournament (first in 2011 and 2010, second in 2009 and third in 2008)...Showcasing his athletic ability, McDonald was also an All-State defensive back for his football team.
