2009-10: Popolizio, who missed the start of the season as he was a forward on the men's soccer team, but ended the year as the team's starter at 125 lbs, competing at the EIWA Championships.

Before Brown: Graduate of Shenendehowa High School, where he earned six letters in wrestling and four in soccer … Compiled a 190-25 overall record during his high school career … Was a two-time team captain, and led his team to the New York State Championship in each of those seasons … Was a three-time individual sectional champion, and finished in the top-10 in the state each of those years … Was also the Saratoga Region co-Player of the Year in soccer during his senior season.
