Penn Relays Day Two Recap

Philadelphia, PA - On the second day of the 113th annual Penn Relays meet the Bears competed in three events, including a fifth place finish in the collegiate distance medely relay.

Freshman Duriel Hardy (West Chester, PA), senior Christian Tabib (Valparaiso, IN), sophomore Sean O'Brien (Westborough, MA), and junior Ozzie Myers (Chittenango, NY) together ran 10:01.44 in the distance medely relay. Their time was good for a fifth place finish in the collegiate men's race.

The Bears placed fifth in the Heptagonal 4x400 meter race with a 4:21.68 run. Junior Jamil McClintock (Plainfield, NJ), O'Brien, Tabib, and freshman Kevin Cervantes (Los Angeles, CA) competed in the event.

McClintock also competed in the collegiate men's open 110 meter hurdles, placing sixteenth in the event in 14.28.

The Bears will compete again on Saturday.
