2013-14 Indoor: Recorded a sixth place finish in the pole vault at the Ivy League Heptagonal Championships with a cleared height of 15’ 9” … Placed first at the Brown University Invitational with a vault of 15’ 3” … Notched another first place finish at the Alden Invitational with a cleared height of 13’ 11.25”.

2012-13: Finished third in pole vault at the Ivy League Heptagonal Outdoor Championships with a personal record of 4.90m…Took first place at both the Brown University Alden Invitational and the Brown Springtime Open.

Before Brown: A graduate of St. Mary’s High School, Sean Igelman lettered in track and field for four years and served as captain of the Jumps Team for two years… Holds the high school record in the pole vault, at 4.55 meters… Southern Cascade League Champion in 2008, 2009, and 2010… Oregon 2A State Champion in 2009 as well as the 2008 and 2010 State Runner-up…Recipient of the Most Outstanding Performer for 2008, 2009, and 2010… Member of National Honor Society and served as Co-Valedictorian of his graduating class… Recipient of the Rensselaer Medal Award, the AP Scholar with Distinction Award, and the Carl Friedrich Gauss Award.
