2013-14 Indoor: Placed second at the Brown University Invitational with a long jump of 22’ 3.5” … Finished sixth at the URI Invitational with a long jump of 21’ 8.75” … Recorded a long jump of 20’ 10.75” at the Joe Donahue Games.

2012-13: Placed 14th in long jump at the Ivy League Heptagonal Outdoor Championships…Won the long jump at the Brown Invitational with a personal record of 7.13m…Finished 24th at the IC4A Indoor Championships…Placed sixth in long jump at Indoor Heps.

Before Brown: Okuoma Idah graduated from Palos Verdes Peninsula High School and was a four-year member of the school track and football teams… Named Most Valuable Athlete of the track team in 2010, Varsity Best Jumper in 2011, and 2011 Daily Breeze All-Area Track and Field Athlete… Holds multiple school records including the long jump at 23’4”, the 4x100 meter at 42.1 seconds, 4x200-meter, and the 800-meter sprint medley… On the football field, Idah earned Freshman Offensive Player of the Year in 2008 as well as Varsity Football Offensive Player of the Year in 2011… Named to First Team All-Bay League Running Back and the Lions’ All-Star Team in 2011… Outstanding participant in the 2012 National Achievement Scholarship Program…
