PRINCETON, NJ - The Brown men's tennis team had a strong showing at the 2007 ITA Regional Championships, hosted by Princeton October 19-23. Brown had seven total players in the tournament with five competing in both singles and doubles. The Bears had many highlights over the weekend, including several upsets over seeded players. Senior Saurabh Kohli (Colaba, Mumbai, India) and freshman Jonathan Pearlman (New York, NY) were Brown's top finishers in singles action, advancing to the round of 16 before getting eliminated. In doubles action, Brown was led by juniors Chris Lee (Sudbury, MA) and Basu Ratnam (Oyster Bay, NY), who were eliminated in the semifinals.
