Men's Tennis Defeats Fairleigh Dickinson, 6-1

PROVIDENCE, RI - The Brown men's tennis team (6-7) snapped a three-match skid on Saturday afternoon with a 6-1 win over Fairleigh Dickinson. The Bears were strong from start to finish in the alumni day match, winning two of three doubles matches and five of six singles matches. Junior Kendrick Au (St. John's, NF) and senior Nathaniel Gorham (Los Altos Hills, CA) helped to lead the Bears, combining for an 8-5 win at #1 doubles and winning their respective singles matches at #1 and #2. Freshman Tom Deighton (London, England) also won both of his matches, combining with freshman Timmy Klanke (Potomac, MD) for an 8-5 win at #2 doubles and earning a 6-0, 6-0 win at #5 singles.
