#70 Bears Fall to #11 Louisville, 5-2
LOUISVILLE, KY - The #70 Brown men's tennis team (5-6) went
ahead, 1-0, by winning the doubles point against 11th-ranked
Louisville, but the Cardinals rattled off five straight singles
victories to win the match. The Bears got wins from junior Kendrick
Au (St. John's, NF) and senior Nathaniel Gorham (Los Altos Hills,
CA) at #1 doubles and freshman Timmy Klanke (Potomac, MD) and
junior Charlie Posner (Cambridge, MA) at #2 doubles. In singles
action, Posner got the lone win for Brown, earning a three-set
victory at #5 singles.
