Au & Posner Doubles Finalists at USTA Collegiate Invitational
FLUSHING, NY - The Brown men's tennis team had three players
compete at the 2009 USTA Collegiate Invitational over the weekend
with juniors Kendrick Au (St. John's, NF) and Charlie Posner
(Cambridge, MA) finishing as runners-up in the #1 doubles flight.
Au also had a strong showing in the #1 singles flight, earning a
win over top-seeded and 71st-ranked Mihai Nichifor of Columbia in
his first match. Freshman Mike Hill (Topsham, ME) competed in
#2 singles, while Posner competed in #3 singles in addition to #1
doubles with Au.
