Men's Swimming in Sixth Place After Day Two of the EISL Championships

NASSAU, NY - The men's swimming and diving team is currently in sixth place at the 2003 EISL Championships, behind Princeton, Harvard, Yale, Columbia, and Penn.

The Bears were led by Eric Brumberg and Jefferson Moors, who each had one individual second place finish. Brumberg placed second in the 400 IM (3:54.31), while Moors took second in the 200 free (1:37.38).

In addition, Moors was a member of the fifth place 200 medley relay team (1:31.44), which also consisted of Brian Wood, Matt Zimmerman, and Aron Gyuris. Moors, Brumberg, Max Allen, adn Timothy Wang swam the 800 free relay, finishing in seventh palce (6:44.04), while Wood took seventh in the 100 breast (57.13).

The Bears continue action tomorrow, March 8, in the final day of competition at the Championships.
