Penn Holds Off Bears, 6-3
Philadelphia, PA - The Brown men’s had a spirited match
against Penn before falling to the Quakers by a 6-3 margin.
Senior co-captain Adam Greenberg had a great win for the Bears at
number seven, coming back from two games to one down, to win in
five, 11-9, in the fifth game.
In a thrilling match at number eight, sophomore Tucker Bryan won in
a tie breaker, 14-12, in the fifth game having been 0-2 down in
games. Senior Alex Heitzmann was successful at number nine, playing
extremely well to win in three games.
With the end of the fall semester, the Bears will be idle for final
exams and the Holiday’s, returning to action on January 17 at
home against Cornell.
