Andrew Biggs joined the Brown men's soccer coaching staff in July of 2010. A graduate of Middlebury College, Biggs was the head coach at the University of New England for four seasons prior to his arrival at Brown.

During his time at New England, Biggs coached the program's first winning season in 10 years along with its first 10-win season since 1997. He took over a program that averaged less than three wins per season since the year 2000, and under his guidance the Nor'easters made two Commonwealth Coast Conference Championship appearances. Biggs also served at the University of New England as an assistant men's soccer coach from 1993-1998.

In addition to coaching, Biggs was also the director of soccer coaching and player development for Soccer Maine and was named the National Soccer Coaches Association America Youth Boys' National Coach of the Year in 1999. He has also served as a member of the United States Soccer Federation Instructional Staff, and has his USSF "A" license. Biggs was also a founder of Odyssey Sport 97 youth soccer club in 1997 and served as the clubs Technical Director.

Biggs began his collegiate career at the University of Pennsylvania, and went on to Middlebury College where he received his Bachelor of Arts in History. After college he played in New Zealand for Western Suburbs in the Central Premier League and then competed for the Arizona Cotton of the United States Inner Soccer League.
