PROVIDENCE, R.I. – The Brown men's soccer team returns to Ivy League play on Saturday, Nov. 2 when they play host to Penn at Stevenson Field. The game is set to start at 4 p.m. in the first half of a doubleheader with the women's team. Links to live video and live stats will be available at www.brownbears.com.

LAST TIME OUT
Brown earned a 2-1 victory over Boston College in non-conference action Tuesday evening at Stevenson Field. Senior Jose Salama (Madrid, Spain) and freshman Tyler Long (Clarksville, Tenn.) notched a pair of first-half goals, while senior keeper Josh Weiner (Armonk, N.Y.) racked up five saves in net to earn the victory.

SCOUTING THE QUAKERS
Penn enters Saturday's contest at 6-7-1 overall and 3-0-1 in the Ivy League for first place in the standings. Penn suffered a 2-1 non-conference loss to No. 9 Penn State on Tuesday to snap a five-game unbeaten streak. In Penn's most recent league contest, the Quakers downed Yale, 3-2, in overtime last weekend. Junior Duke Lacroix leads the Quakers with 15 points on six goals and three assists, while Alec Neumann has 12 points on four goals and four helpers. 

LAST SEASON vs. THE QUAKERS
Brown picked up a 1-0 victory at Penn in last year's matchup between the two Ivy teams. Ben Maurey (Downingtown, Pa.) scored his third-straight game-winning goal in the fourth minute to lead the Bears to the shutout win. Brown held a 18-11 shot advantage and a 9-5 edge in corner kicks. 

UP NEXT
