PROVIDENCE, R.I. – All-American defender Dylan Remick has recently been added to the invite list for the 2013 MLS Player Combine.
Remick, a three-time first team All-Ivy selection and a CoSIDA/Capital One Academic All-American, helped the Bears to a 12-2-3 regular season record and their fourth appearance in the NCAA Tournament.
A 2012 New England Intercollegiate Soccer (NEISL) All-Star, Remick started in 18 games and combined for 11 points on two goals and a team-high seven assists. He earned All-Tournament Team honors at the Brown Soccer Classic and was the Tournament MVP at the Ocean State Classic for his outstanding defensive efforts.
Held at Central Broward Regional Park in Lauderhill, Fla., the Combine runs from Jan. 11-15 and features three days of matches and two days of club interviews. Invited players will be split into four teams and doubleheaders will be played on Jan. 11, 13 and 15. MLS clubs will interview players on both Jan. 12 and 14.
The 2013 MLS SuperDraft, presented by adidas, will be held on Jan. 17 in Indianapolis, Ind. The MLS Supplemental Draft is scheduled for Jan. 22 in New York, N.Y.
