Scott Nelson Earns 200th Career Coaching Victory

Providence, RI - Brown men's lacrosse coach Scott Nelson captured his 200th career coaching victory, reaching the milestone in Brown's victory over Hartford last week.

Nelson, now in his fourth year at Brown and 19th season as a head coach, has led Brown to a 6-1 record in 2004 and a 10th place national ranking, returning the Bears to national prominence.

Nelson coached at Nazareth College prior to Brown, leading the squad to 12 NCAA Tournament appearances, including three NCAA titles and five NCAA semifinal appearances.
