Philadelphia, PA - The Brown men's lacrosse team dropped its second straight Ivy game, falling to the Penn Quakers, 10-5, at Franklin Field. The loss drops the 10th ranked Bears to 7-3 overall.

The Quakers jumped out to a 2-0 lead after one quarter and extended their lead to 3-0 early in the second quarter on a goal by James Riordan. Junior Chris Mucciolo scored to get Brown back into the game, 3-1, but Penn answered with two more goals in the quarter to take control and grab a 5-1 lead at the half.

Mucciolo led the Bears with two goals, while freshman David Madeira, junior Britton Derkac and freshman Alex Buckley scored one goal each. Junior Chazz Woodson added two assists.

In goal for the Bears, senior All-American Mike Levin made 14 saves.

The Quakers were led by senior attackman Will Phillips, who scored three goals and added two assists. Senior Ryan Kelly faced just 28 Brown shots, making three saves.
