The light bulb is growing brighter, emitting a stronger glow. John’s freshman year was a year to learn the game of lacrosse. There were days we saw flashes of his potential due to his superior athleticism, but it was not consistent. This fall the number of “Aha” moments increased substantially. Accordingl, the team’s confidence has risen in John. What is next for him? John is also starting to improve his aerobic fitness, a point of emphasis that will allow him to improve his game to ever higher levels: it is hard to become a better lacrosse player when you are worried about where your next breath is coming from.
