With Houdini-like moves around the crease, Marc is a dangerous threat to score even with little space.  He has the knack for the art of finding a seam and exploiting it.  Combined with a shifty first step, Marc presents a talented offensive weapon for us.  Marc also possesses weapons of humor and quick-wit, enriching our time together as a program.  Bringing greater intensity and excitement to each practice will further his playing time and opportunities to make his mark.  Marc will play attack in 2012, with most of his time being spent very close to the opponent's goal…2011: Saw action in 9 games for the Bears…registered shots against Duke and Penn…Also picked up a ground ball vs. Vermont…2010: Played in three games for the Bears, picking-up ground balls against Hartford and UMass…Secondary School Background: A graduate of the Governor’s Academy where he lettered in lacrosse and soccer… Named All-League his senior season and All-League Honorable Mention as a junior…Recorded a total of 195 points for his career (99 G, 96 A) and led his team in scoring his senior season with 54 points…Also led in assists for three years… Helped lead his team to a perfect season and the Independent School League Championships in 2008, and Co-Championships in both 2007 and 2009… Played club lacrosse for the New England Select Lacrosse League and the Top Gun Fighting Clams… Also led his soccer team in scoring his senior year and named the Most Valuable Player… Class President… Named an AP Scholar with Distinction… Also twice named to the honor roll and once to the high honor roll… Personal: The son of Marc White, Jr. and Stephanie Andrews… Has an older sister, Marina, and younger sister, Alexandra… Enjoys watching movies and making short films…Economics concentrator.
