True to his ethos, the man is a well-oiled and dependable machine.  Clay gets more out of a day than most, hammering out his Pre-Med courses during the day and “bringing it” on the practice field and weight room in the afternoon.  Clay can cover!  He has the internal drive and footwork to get in the grill of his attackman and play the annoying role well.  Clay’s stickwork is improving, matching his progress with the clearing game and ground balls.  How much will Clay contribute in 2011?  He is right on the cusp of finding a lot of playing time in his sophomore year.  He is certainly earning it...2010: Saw action in five games for the Bears…Secondary School Background: A graduate of Frontier Central High School where he lettered in lacrosse for all four years, and football… Two-time lacrosse team captain… US Lacrosse All-American selection… Named First Team All-Western New York for two seasons and First Team All-Erie County Interscholastic Conference for three… Also named First Team Buffalo All-Metro and the Buffalo FAN Awards Player of the Year in 2009… Selected to Second Team All-Western New York in 2007… Played club lacrosse for Western Empire, the Buffalo All-Stars, and the Hamburg Knights… Member of the National Honor Society and high honor roll for all four years… Personal: The son of Kenneth and Lori Del Prince… Has an older brother, Steve, and older sister Kimberlyn… Enjoys golf and fishing… Concentrating in Biochemistry.
