BFA Golf Classic - August 3, 2009

The 2009 Brown Football Association Season Kick-Off featuring the 18th Annual Golf Classic and Celebration Dinner will take place on Monday, August 3, 2009 at the Rhode Island Country Club. It’s a tremendous day of golf, followed by our annual Kick-off dinner that will honor the 2009 Joslin award winners, Chris “The Boomer” Berman ’77 and Ross Greenburg ’77.

Brown Football is coming off an Ivy League Championship and we’re looking for a sell-out crowd at the Rhode Island Country Club to send a message to the Ivy League that Brown Football has the support to defend its Ivy title.

We’re looking to fill the field with golfers, sell-out the dinner, and obtain full sponsorship to make the tournament an unqualified success.

Our tournament committee is making a concerted effort to maximize our tee sponsors by having a Brown football presence at every tee and each green. Companies, individuals, parents, alumni and fans of Brown football are welcome to help support our tournament as a hole sponsor.
